When Stress Is Running You Down

Do you sometimes feel stretched and pulled in so many directions that you wish you could just press the pause button, have it all stop, even for a few minutes, so that you can catch your breath and just breathe?

I understand. I feel that way too sometimes. In fact, I’m currently running a program called “The Summer of Organizing” whereby I have filmed myself decluttering and organizing four different areas of my home and sharing tips with the subscribers of the video program. The reason I created this program was to inspire people to just press pause, look at where they are, and take small steps to make big changes in their homes & their lives.

One of the most frequent comments I have received thus far is « I’m happy to know that I’m not alone in this. I have the same challenges too. »

What a relief to know that what we are experiencing others have faced too. When we feel alone and isolated in the challenges we are facing it’s comforting to know that others are going through something similar or have faced the challenges you are facing today and there is help to reduce the stress, reduce the clutter and chaos so that we can breathe, find peace and be happy again.

If you are feeling a little run down, or perhaps disappointed by how things are in your life, press pause and seek help from those that have ventured before you.

This could mean finding a relationship expert to help you gain perspective on where things are and where things could be headed, and what you can do about it now to make it work or walk away.

It could mean finding a money coach that can guide you through your current financial mess to a plan that has you regaining power over your money.

Whatever it is for you – clutter in your home, stress about your weight, grief you are feeling due to a loss or major transition – know that you are not alone.

Stop the stress by pressing pause. Reach out. Seek help. Find the relief you are seeking so that you can move forward creating the joy-filled life that you want.
