Through her experience, she has greatly appreciated the work that the March of Dimes does in support of those who started out their lives just like she did. Due to her connection to this wonderful organization, Joyel has chosen the March of Dimes as her One Million Ten Million Project recipient.

Joyel Crawford is the founder of Crawford Leadership Strategies, LLC. She is determined and passionate Certified Professional Career & Life Coach and Leadership Development Training Consultant with over 15 years of experience Human Resources and career management. Prior to CLS, Joyel supported professionals within all functional groups at Verizon Wireless for 18 years.

Joyel began her professional career shortly after graduating Cum Laude at Elon University with a Psychology degree as an Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellow. Joyel obtained her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in Management. Joyel is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC). She also holds PHR, SHRM-CP, DISC, Birkman and Life Coaching certifications. She is a member of Forbes Coaches Council, SHRM, Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, and National Association of Professional Women.
