ABOUT LAURIE BOWEN

Arts For Life, is the private practice of Laurie Bowen, who holds a Masters Degree from Wayne State University, in Social Work and is a Social Worker in good standing with the College and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Laurie also holds an honours B.A. in Drama In Education as well as a teaching degree in Dramatic Arts and is a Certified Addiction Counsellor. Laurie is certified in Montessori Methods for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, developed by Maria Montessori, the first female physician in Italy, and adapted for people with Alzheimer’s and Dementia by Dr. Camp.
