About Susan Taylor

Susan Taylor’s journey began nearly three decades ago. In the earlier part of her career, she spent 10 years in the corporate arena in various roles and functions for medium to large-sized firms. While she enjoyed the roller-coaster ride of the corporate environment, more often than not, she felt like something was missing. Work should feel more meaningful. Employees should feel more valued. What would it be like to be more fully human in business?

At age 28, Susan decided to leave the corporate world; start her own business; and find out…

As a coach and psychotherapist, Susan has a keen interest in understanding the mystery behind the human condition: Why people do what they do.
She works with her clients to create a life that aligns with who they are, helping them to make choices that unleash their full potential and in that live a life that feels alive and meaningful. Susan has invested decades towards helping executives, managers, entrepreneurs and creative high achievers to investigate the mindsets needed to navigate the demanding world of business while getting tangible results. As part of this, she has co-created a women’s leadership program: At Choice leadership, a three-day exploration of what it means to more fully lead, live and love at choice.

Susan Taylor is CEO of Generon International, a management consulting firm established in Austin, TX. She resides in Hilton Head, SC; and has two amazing daughters, Carolanne (24) and Erin (21).

Susan is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, writing for Forbes on the topics of leadership and mindset transformation.
