Sally Guest was excited when she and her husband made the decision to move their family to Canada from New Zealand in 2015. Unfortunately, what she had planned, including her hopes and dreams, fell through. Her excitement and optimism about moving countries soon turned to pain and despair as she dealt with the challenges of two start-up businesses, an energetic toddler and ongoing health issues. However, through coaching, healing and the application of Psych-K processes, Sally has landed back on her feet, more committed than ever to helping other ‘women in progress‘ shift feelings of worthlessness, failure and blame to expand their perceptions and create more of what they want in their lives.
In this episode
How to face loss and disappointment when things do not go as planned.
How to grow and move forward, while taking care of what is most important.
How to build new personal and business relationships that will nourish your need for connection and community.
“The distance from where I was and where I wanted to be I was so far apart. I needed to really feel it and move through it, rather than stuff it down. This was my life’s story.”

She states, “Anything that empowers and equips children to be inclusive, compassionate and successful is her kind of cause!”
