Elizabeth has chosen the YWCA in Nashville & Middle Tennessee as her “One Million Ten Million Project” (#1M10MProject) recipient.   This organization that is about giving women a voice and becoming physically and financially independent. The YWCA are leaders in the area of domestic violence, they have built the first domestic violence shelter and created a program called MEND which engages men in ending violence against women. Through education and prevention programs they are affiliated to the NFL and Girls Inc. They also have a GED program that helps women move from a position of employment disadvantage to a workforce.
